Subject : Conduct Unbecoming / Incident Report

Good day,

I just want to report what had transpired last October 16, 2020 between
Rex Botial and me. It started when Mr. Rex entered in H.R Department asking
some rude, sarcastic and aloud manner, and uttered to me “Ikaw ba yung
Electronic Communication?!?!”, “Simula ngayon, pag aralan mo na yang
BIOMED, para makuha yang ITEM na yan” “Kailangan mong mag training sa
TESDA, kundi hindi, hindi mo makukuha yang ITEM”, (with pointing fingers at
me on my face) and suddenly gave an order to Ms. Agnes “Pa Check nga! kung
sya ba nakakuha ng Item at kung may training yan, sya mag o-operate nung
makina!” (which left us speechless) and the attitude of Mr. Botial is very
unbecoming as a government employee.

I found it offensive and conduct unbecoming because, at first, he is not

in the position to tell nor to say that kind of “rude advice”, secondly he has no
business or concern to the HR Department, he just confronted me about that
position, which is in personal act of Mr. Botial, third he insulted me in front of
HR Personnel to check if my qualifications met the said item, and lastly my
item is “Electronic Communication Technology” not having any relation with
BIOMED because the said “Biomed” has nothing to do with communication
technology.

It was witnessed by Ms. Agnes and Ms. Monette of H.R Department who
were also shocked about the manner and conduct of Mr. Botial against his co-
employee.

I hope that this manner and conduct of Mr. Botial be given due course
and not to happen again to other personnel of Ospital ng Sampaloc, due to that
insulting incident I felt depressed and downed knowing that I work fully to
innovate and develop the hospital network system for the good of our patient.
