Reservation codes are provided by the Front Desk or Reservation Agent.

Reservation codes
are provided as a reference to those guests who have confirmed or guaranteed reservation. These
codes provide the confirmation that rooms have been held for a particular date. The codes
indicate any imformation related with the guest staying such as the date of arrival, departure, the
room type,etc.

A guaranteed reservation code will be as follows:

212-TJ-1005-1007-MC-50-Q-23456R
 212: the recognition number of the hotel in the chain (Number of InterContinental
hotels)
 TJ: the initials of the agent who accepted the reservation
 1005: the date of arrival (05/10)
 1007: the date of departure (07/10)
 MC: the type of credit card (Master Card)
 50: the rate of nightly room ($50)
 Q: size of bed (Queen-size)
 23456R: the sequential reservation number
