MBA 360 Analysis Day – Thursday 24 September 2020

Action required prior to the day – please read!

As a key part of induction and the beginning of your MBA studies the Postgraduate Careers Team will lead
this online assessment centre day.

The day will consist of a series of individual and group activities where you will gain an insight on your
personal strengths and development areas based on three competency areas: Business Contribution;
People Skills; and Self-Directed Skills*. During the day you will be carrying out your own self-assessment
which will be complemented by feedback from assessors, peers and observers.

Our 360 Analysis Comprises:

 24 September – AM on Microsoft Teams

o Two individual activities: an ‘inbox’ exercise plus a report writing exercise
 24 September – PM on Microsoft Teams
o Two group activities: a group exercise followed by a presentation
 Independently (deadline 27th September):
o Completion of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator Questionnaire (you will be allocated to one
of two workshops on either 28 or 30 September, 2.00-4.30pm relating to this)
o Completion of a Situational Judgement Test
o You will be sent further instructions regarding access to these by close of day on 24
September

You will receive feedback on your 360 Analysis activities at the end of an afternoon group session on 5
October.

ACTION: One report to read before 24 September: The report writing exercise mentioned above will be
focused on PwC’s Workforce of the Future report. Whilst you will have some brief reading time during 360
Analysis Day it would be advantageous to familiarise yourself with the report prior to this.

We are looking forward to meeting you and working with you
