Discrimination is the unjust treatment of different categories of people or things.

the means whereby the social boundaries between ethnic groups are maintained.
Territoriality, history, language, and symbols may all serve as ethnic markers
emphasizing distinctions between one ethnic group and another.

Usually people who occupy a subordinate and is determined by their relationship to
bigger groups in the society of
which they are part and is not by the unique racial or ethnic traits nor their
great number.

- It is an international instrument adopted by the United Nations on September 13,
