About the speaker:


Mr. Joshua Eleazar P. Domen is currently working as a Project Development Officer at the Department of
Information and Communications Technology for Visayas Cluster 2.
• He is known as the "Pambansang IT Guy."
• He is an experienced Technical Support Engineer, IT Instructor, IT Services Project Coordinator,
and Copy Editor with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and
services industry.
• He is a skilled in Technical Support, Strategic Planning, Public Speaking and Writing,
Troubleshooting, and Team Leadership. Strong Information Technology professional with a
Bachelor of Science in Information Technology degree from St. Paul University Dumaguete and
currently earning a Master of Information Systems degree from the University of the Philippines
Open University.
• He is also a YouTuber/Content Creator who provides tech tutorials in his channel.

How to register?
• There is no need to register, we just need to access the link provided above and watch the FB
Live on the announced date and time. We also needed to take the quiz and/or an evaluation link
provided during or after the session.

Who are the target participants?


• The webinar session is exclusive for teachers and all academic levels nationwide. The organizers
also consider the participation of non-teaching support personnel such as:
o School-based Non-Teaching Professional (Librarian, Guidance Counselor, School IT
Officer, etc.)
o B.S. Education Students
o Teacher-applicant/unemployed teacher
o Retired Teacher or School Administrator
How to get the e-Certificate?
• Participants who joined the live or recorded session will get an e-certificate from DICT-ILCDB.
• The participants need to pass the quiz (if applicable) and accomplish the evaluation form. The
passing score is 7/10. Multiple responses and attempts using different email addresses are not
allowed.
• The processing time for the e-Certificate is 4-6 weeks after the session.

When will the evaluation link/quiz be available?


• The link of evaluation form/quiz will be flashed in the comment bot during or after the session.
The form will be accessible ONLY FOUR (4) hours after the webinar.

Should the e-Certificate have not been received in 4 weeks, who can I ask for an update?
