1 Abstract: There is a desperate need for the Theory of Everything (ToE) throughout the history. This
2 review presents an Answer in terms of two-variable hypothesis (HDV) with focus on some basic
3 phenomena such as time dilatation, time intervals, wave-packets, and frame rotation. The reader has
4 to carefully follow author’s ideas in order to fully understand the depth and beauty of the hypothesis.
5 After that, many "Heureka" moments are guaranteed. Furthermore, the hypothesis can explain the
6 crucial problems of contemporary physics, e.g. dark energy, dark matter, and black hole singularity.
7 Moreover, the basic concept of time and space is described via undergraduate mathematics.

8 Keywords: Theory of Everything; wave-packet; time dilatation; Einstein was wrong

9 1. Introduction
The complete theory of our universe has been in the locus of the greatest minds such as Einstein,
Hubble, or Heisenberg. However, the basic notion of the mainstream physics is flawed, so that the
deeper understanding of the universe is limited. The basic idea of our novel approach is based on
two-variable model using the time and distance as the only real parameters of universe. The hypothesis
has been thoroughly described elsewhere, see [1] and references therein. By using simple math [2], one
can easily express the length contraction as

x HV xc tw 1 √
= = = q = 2, (1)
kxc kxv ktc 2
1 − k2 wc2

10 where k is constant. Obviously, the relativistic effects are related to frame rotation of an object. Large
11 body of evidence is described in Ref. [1]. The HDV results in, at least sometimes, non-intuitive
12 outcomes and the mathematics should be improved by leading scientists.
