Sustainable developments in any organization always come with good leadership (Kennedy,

2000). To adapt the organizational culture according to dynamic environmental changes and
managing the change efficiently is one of the main functions of leadership (Kennedy, 1998). To
leave a constructive influence on organization’s culture, organizational structure, technological
developments and administration is also a function of leadership (McGuire, 2003).Leadership is
also essential for development of impartial an unbiased environment that is comfortable for
employees. This helps in creating transparency and makes a family-like work environment
