application, allows Pakistani leather manufacturers to display their products at internationally
recognized platform. They can become a member of the Pakistan Leather Platform add their products,
chat with the buyers, can add , edit and delete products and buyer can chat with the members, and
request the samples.
Purpose of the Project Pak Leather

This document contain all the necessary information, major deliverable , timeline, budget estimation
which is required by the decision makers to approved the project for funding.

The audience of Pak Leather website are the potential leather buyer across the globe, manufactures
across Pakistan and the management of the Pakistan leather website.

Scope of the Project

The purpose of the project is to provide a Global platform to support all the national leather
manufactures who are willing to enter in the export market. With the help of this platform the can be
reached by the potential buyers, exchange samples.

Pakistan is rich in leather manufacturing but due to lack of technological support this industry is at stake
many leather manufacturers have left the business and entered into other markets but having a reliable
platform where every user will be treated as premium members and all the choices is given to the
buyers to choose one for business.

Alternatives
There are many alternatives but with this idea there are no as such platform identified but considering
Alibaba, aliexpress as major competitors to this platform. They have managed to convince the leather
manufacturers of Pakistan to become members of their platform but this will add value to their platform
but their profile remain just profiles.
