The firm will start writing blogs on recent developments in law in the areas
on their expertise on the firm’s website and other popular law blogs such as
“Mondaq”. By putting high quality content on essential questions of law, the
partners will be able to tap clients who are looking for similar solutions for
their legal problems.

Partners will also maintain a highly interactive LinkedIn profile and update it
regularly. Prospective clients will be able to go through the rich legal
experience of the partners and thus be able to cultivate faith in them. Prompt
and satisfactory replies to client’s queries give a reassurance to the clients
that they are valuable to the firm.

 Public Appearances
Partners will start visiting local universities and law schools to share their
journey and knowledge which will help the firm get free publicity and
additional social media coverage.

1. Role of Ms. Lee


Ms. Lee should work in the Corporate and Commercial area along with Ms.
Desai. Ms. Lee would be able to get international clients for the firm from
London and even Dubai. In case of the firm’s merger in the near future with
“Dibbs and Jones Associates” the firm will be able to expand its clientele base in
the international arena. Ms. Lee can also be suitable match for a managing partner
of the firm, as she was previously a partner at DJA and hence is well versed with
the duties and responsibilities of a partner.

2. Role of Mr. Shetty


Mr. Shetty should work under the partners to gain legal experience while he’s
still pursuing law and then take a decision regarding his specialization in the field
of law of his choice. Mr. Shetty has sufficient knowledge in the field of
marketing as he holds an MBA degree in marketing, he can help the firm market
itself in the community to get new clients and retain the present ones. Mr. Shetty
can use his network in business of spices to get more clients for the firm.
