Cut Tarmac, excavate and remove 80m long (400-
1000mm high timber log edging
Excavate & remove 1 steel kissing gate
Remove and dispose of remaining plants
Reduce 90m³ of planting bed soil to ground level
Cut and excavate link path tarmac (18.2m² 50mm
deep)
Remove bin and base and make good the tarmac
surface (Tarmacker's to do )
Item 2 - Small Car Park: Hard Works
Prepare and paint 8nr. Disabled parking bays
Supply and install hardwood railway timbers (71.5
m) with concrete bed and haunch
Spred and prepare retained soil for turf (156m ² ).
(Remove stones +25mm )
Supply and lay Rowlan Medallion Turf (156m ² )
Item 3 - Main Car Park: Clearance Works Phase 1
Remove dead tree and gub out root, Fill & compact
hole with Type 1
Excavate and remove timber post and rail fencing
(173.9m )
Excavate and remove steel field gate
Excavate and remove timber pedestrian gate
Excavate and remove timber field gate
Excavate and remove timber log horse style
Excavate grass, soil & tarmac ( 290mm deep, 350m²
and 340mm deep, 72.5 m²)

Item 4 - Main Car Park: Hard Works Phase 1
Excavate and install 2 supplied triangular vehicle
barriers (3.6m wide) and paint
Relocate existing Boulder
Install new supplied boulders (73nr, 1.2m apart)
Excavate, Supply and lay pcc edging (197.5m) with
150x100 concrete bed and haunch
Supply and lay Terram and Type 1
Base Course Macadam & 10mm Hardstone SMA
30mm consilidated thickness (72.5m²)
Lay and peg down supplied grass reinforcement

Lay supplied paving grid (350m²) + supply, spread
