There are many skills, traits and characters of a successful entrepreneur, but some of them are as
follow.

 Creative
The most significant characteristic of being a successful entrepreneur is that a person
should be creative because the entrepreneurship always starts with an idea. The person
should be able to think about new ideas for his business otherwise he will fail.
As Mr Richard Branson told that he started the business not only for money but also
because he thought that he can do better than other with his ideas and this made him a
successful entrepreneur (Daisyme, 2015).
 Passionate
To become a successful entrepreneur, a person should be passionate. As it is a significant
characteristic of a successful entrepreneur. Passion is the key that has made entrepreneurs
successful.
 Motivation
Motivation is another significant characteristic of a successful entrepreneur because
motivation will make a person work hard for his business, which will help in growing the
business. As Steve Jobs said that the motivation filters the entrepreneurs.
 Flexibility
For being a successful entrepreneur, a person should be flexible because being flexible
will make it easy for the person to know where his business wants a change and the
person will be acceptable to the change, otherwise, his business will be drowned. This is
a crucial factor for being a successful entrepreneur.
 Disciplined
A significant trait for being a successful entrepreneur is that he should be disciplined.

 Confidence
All of the successful entrepreneurs are confident. Confidence is a significant trait for
successful entrepreneurs because with the confidence they will be able to believe in
themselves.
 Competitive
One of the most significant traits of successful entrepreneurs is that they are competitive
to the market They use their ideas to make their products and services unique which gives
competition to the market (Sarath, 2018).
 Ability to Listen
All of the successful entrepreneurs possess the ability to listen which makes them open to
new ideas and then they use it to make their products and services unique. Thus, it is a
significant skill for successful entrepreneurs.
 Persuasiveness
A significant skill in the entrepreneurship is that the entrepreneur should have
persuasiveness. This skill will help him in catching the customers.
 Risk-Taking
All of the successful entrepreneurs have taken the risk in their lives due to which they are
now successful. Thus, risk-taking is a significant skill which is possessed by successful
entrepreneurs and all of the new entrepreneurs who want to be successful should possess
this skill.
