For me, diversity is accepting, understanding and respecting everyone's diffferences

in terms of gender, culture, religion or in any aspect of life. Diversity includes, therefore,
knowing how to relate to those qualities and conditions that are different from our own and
outside the group that we belong. Through diversity we can be able to acknowledge that
categories of differences are not always fixed but also can be fluid, we respect individual rights
even that person does not act on his/ her inborn sex and also through diversity we can be able
to recognize that no one's culture or religion is superior from the other culture or religion. This
diversity has a big effect in our relationship to others if this is not present in everyone it will give
us a complicated way of living, discrimination will exist in everyone which can lead to
misunderstanding.

For me this diversity affects our society by means of how we handle our society
specifically, our officials. Because if all the people in a certain society is open minded and
diverse it will create a a diverse society that leads to a more creative and innovative workforce
that icreases competitiveness. This diversity helps a certain society to be united and open for
competition coupled with good values and it will create a positive environment for all. So
everyone can have a healthy realtionship with others and can work together as one for making
a more beautifulf environment. And while in education this diversity will teach students or even
the school heads to be open for all regardless of the religion, culture, gender and other
ideologies. In school it's very impotant to show fair treatment or fair judgement from everyone
so we can build a good school with peace. And by learning with people from a variety of
backgrounds and cultures present in the classroom, students gain a more comprehensive
understanding of the subject matter.
