EX 2/PG 25

Sub 1

Depends on what kind of product we are talking about. For example,

for stuff such as computer hardware or phones, I’d rather take the
more “luxury” approach by which I mean looking for some well-known
and prestigious brands instead of chinese knock-offs. Basically, items
and products for which I may have a daily use and can be quite
expensive at times, regardless of brand, I would like more luxurious
items, but to a certain extent. Of course, I won’t go out and buy the
most expensive option just because of the brand, but rather take the
most trustworthy brand which is at the same time the cheapest option
for. However, for stuff like kitchen utensils or plates or even stuff as
pens or notebooks, I couldn’t care less for the branding and rather just
take the cheapest option since they don’t matter as much in terms of
quality.

Sub 2

Media hundred percent. Celebrities tend to say a certain product is

good just because they were sponsored by that specific company. Now,
I am not saying that media can’t suffer from the same thing, but at least
most of the media out there can criticize that certain product. Most of
the times, the media tries to see the double-sided coin for every review
of a product, the bad and the good, the ups and downs, while
celebrities will only say the good things about the product because of
some sponsorship they got going with a company, which is sketchy as
best. Therefore, I’d rather listen to the media instead of celebrities.
