Education must be financed in part by the

state, since this is the regulating entity of

welfare and economic distribution, the other

half of the loan, will depend on the socio-

economic stratum of the individuals who are

going to enter the academy, in addition to the

fact that the students who apply, once

entered, must provide social service as a

form of retribution for the payment made.

This will allow the promotion of a thought of

help to the neighbor.
