❶ Instruction to CS 
● All CS are obliged to follow the above mentioned Quality Standards
● All CS are responsible to get compliance of above mentioned standards from Contractors

❷ Instruction to Formwork Contractor
● All contractor are obliged to follow the above mentioned Standards
● If Gap between the Planks is greater than 10mm/3 soot, contractor MUST cover thoes gaps by Steel Strips
● if Gaps greater than 10mm/3 soot are found by QA/QC Engineer before pouring or found at the time of pouring
Contractor MUST Cover thoes gaps by steel strips otherwise 10% will be deducted from the Bill of the same formwork

❸ Instruction to Steel Contractor
● if the reinforcement is found greater than that mentioned in the drawing, 
contractor will not be paid for that extra reinforcement
● if the reinforcement is found less than that of mentioned in the approved drawing, contractor is obliged
 to replace the same otherwise 10% Deduction from the bill of the same will be made
● It is mandatory for each and every contractor to follow Structural drawing, changes can only be 
done after written approval from QA/QC Department
● In case of Non Conformance 10% Deduction from the bill of the same slab/beam/column will be made
