    Dear Matt:

    If Mr. Melton pleads guilty to counts 1 & 2, I would agree to recommend 30 days to
    serve concurrent in the Pettis County Jail—credit for any time served.

    In the alternative, I would recommend 48hrs shock detention and 60 SES/2 w/ special
    conditions of no contact with the victim and anger management within 60 days of the plea on
    count one only.
