STATE’S EMERGENCY REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL BOND CONDITIONS

The State respectfully requests the following conditions be added to the Defendant’s

current bond conditions for the safety of the community and for purposes of ensuring the

defendant’s compliance with court appearances and other such conditions of bond. The defendant

is in transitfrom Oklahoma and is likely totpost a bond, so the State requests the Court conduct

any kind ofconference that it needs to, but issue this condition before the Defendant can make

bond.

a. That the Defendant, James Irven Stately, III must immediately upon release from

jail and upon posting bond, surrender his passport to the Wichita County Sherriff’s Ofce.
