    Death is inevitable. The proportion of people, as of Sunday afternoon, who have died after being
    diagnosed with the virus — 32,137 out of the 685,623 who have tested positive for Covid-19
    around the world (Financial Times, 2020, Para. 1). During this current environment, death is all
    that is on anyone’s mind. Joanne (1997) defines death as the next great adventure. But it is not
    quite that simple. Between 1945 and 1999,about 3.33 million battle deaths occurred in the 25
    interstate wars that killed at least 1,000 and had at least 100 dead on each side (Fearon & Laitin,
    2003).
