Causes and Effects of Overusing Mobile Phones

Mobile phones are the most used communication tool today. Mobile phones have changed the
way of communication. People can’t think a day without mobile phones. Mobile phones become
a crucial part of our life. The demand and uses of mobile phone has increasing day by day. But
every technology that provides such benefits come with a consequent price. Overusing mobile
phones becomes concerned for a nation because people do not know about the bad impacts of
overusing using mobile phones. The essay will look into the causes and effects of overusing
mobile phones.
There are some causes behind overusing mobile phones. Gaming is one of them. Now people can
compete with each other in virtual life because of gaming. Most of the people like to use mobile
phones instead of desktop computer or laptop due to easy to carry. Many people used to play
virtual games cause they don’t have any facilities to play outside or playground. Social media is
one of the popular things in daily life. People using social media like Facebook, Whatsapp,
Instagram because of loneliness. By using social media people will get several news, friends, or
partner. Most people use social media to maintain a long-distance relationship. One of the
sources of virtual gossiping is social media. Online shopping is the most grossing program today.
People like to shop online due to a lack of time or facilities. Also people use online shops
because of offer or sales. All o those thing is using by mobile phones. Mobile phones disconnect
peoples from the world day by day.
There are both good and bad sides to everything in-universe. Mobile phones are simply not
different. So mobile phones have some bad effects. Gaming leads to serious bad impacts on the
brain and physical life. Teenagers like to waste their time by gaming. As a result people distract
from the physical game, family, and society. The outcome of gaming can lose control over their
behavior or temper. As a consequent people give more priority to virtual life than real life by
using social media. Social media create so many problems in real life. Sometimes people can live
without social media. As a consequent people feel lonely and depress when they are not on social
media. People used to destroy their valuable time by using social media. Hence the final impact
will show in their life, career, and society. Sometimes people have cheated by someone though
social media. Online shopping can be just a financially or socially damaging. People purchase
things they do not need and can not afford just to experience the excitement of placing the
winning the bid in online shops. Thus people affected by stress, anxiety, depression, over
extroverted and so on. People lose their good and human qualities by overusing mobile phones.
Mobile phone introduces a new generation of technology. In terms of connectivity, the make life
easier and comfortable. When the rate of using random things is good but overusing is not good
for anything. Overusing mobile phone contribute several harmful consequences. Overusing
mobile phone damage bonding with family, friends, and society. It will reason of harmful things
for the human body. Specially overusing effect in brain and feelings. People lose their human
qualities because of overusing mobile phone. The parents should take some initiative for
addicted children. Parents should give time to their children and create good bonding with
children from the beginning days. The government should make some restrictions on the mobile
phone. Also, the government should aware of people about the bad effect of overusing mobile
phones. A mobile phone is the most useful thing until limited use.
