1. Pengertian Announcement
Announcement text is an official notification about something which contains information (facts,
event, and intentions) presented to public.
Teks pengumuman adalah pemberitahuan resmi tentang sesuatu yang mengandung informasi
(fakta, peristiwa, dan maksud) yang disampaikan kepada publik.
2. Tujuan Announcement
To give information of something or event to certain people or public.
Memberi informasi tentang sesuatu atau acara kepada orang tertentu atau khalayak umum.
3. Structure of Announcements
1. Subject : Topik yang diumumkan
2. Explanation : Penjelasan isi dari pengumuman biasanya berisi date(tanggal) /day (hari)
/time (waktu)/ place (tempat). Biasanya berisi dimana pengumuman dipublikasikan dan
kapan atau dimana acara akan diadakan.
4. Tips membuat Announcement
1) Be straightforward and brief (Menjadi lugas dan jelas)
2) Keep it short (Buatlah tetap singkat)
3) Motivate others to achieve the same objectives (Memotivasi orang lain untuk
mencapai tujuan sama)
4) Write to avoid question later (Tulislah informasi untuk menghindari pertanyaan
nantinya)
5) Avoid nonsense (Hindari omong kosong)

Place : SMK Sultan Agung’s football yard

Registration : open at 23rd April until 1st May 2021 Rp 150.000 per team consist of
eleven students grade X and XI.

The winner will get trophy and money worth of Rp 500.000.

Dear friends, Attention please !

As we have agreed in our last meeting that we will spend our fieldtrip to CHIMORY
FACTORY on Tuesday 20th April, 2020.

To make productive visit, I want to remind all of you to do these :

1. Always in your group when we make observation there
2. Bring the observation sheet and interview guide
3. The groups are responsible for collecting data and information about
management of CHIMORY FACTORY under guidance of Miss Sastro
We will gather here tomorrow at seven o’clock before we go to the factory by bus
