Managing duplicate iTunes or App Store subscriptions

Harriet August 01, 2020 04:18

If you have unintentionally set up multiple active subscriptions through

iTunes or the App Store, you will simply need to cancel one of the
subscriptions. Due to Apple's payment and security policies, Scribd is
not permitted to cancel your subscription on your behalf, even when it’s
a duplicate. However, we're happy to provide the steps you need to take
to resolve this issue.

You can cancel a duplicate subscription from your iPhone, iPad, or

computer. If you’re still interested in reading with Scribd, be sure to
leave one subscription active so you continue to have access to our
library!
