re-verify your Binance account from time to time. For example, we require existing

Not receiving SMS code

The following may have prevented you from receiving the SMS Verification Code:

1. The mobile phone network is congested. Please wait 30 minutes before trying again.

2. You have clicked the Get Code button too quickly or frequently. If a pop-up appeared asking
you to try again after 24 hours, please wait before trying again.

3. The Verification Code has been blocked by your phone security software. Please disable the
software, restart your phone and try again.

4. You may have neglected paying your phone bill or your phone storage is full. Please also
check your junk folder.

5. If you have not turned off your phone for some time, please restart it.

6. If your app version is outdated, please update it to the latest version and try again.

If the above does not resolve your issue, please go to the Log In page after 2 hours and request
for voice verification. The system will call the phone that is linked to your Binance account and
provide you with the verification code.

The Binance app currently supports the reset password function. To do so, please update your

Please note that withdrawals and P2P selling are prohibited within 24 hours after password reset.

How to reset google/sms 2fa

If you are facing issues to complete Face Verification when removing 2FA from Android
devices, please update your Binance App to the latest version (v2.45.0).

and also unable to log in to your account, you can reset security verification by following these
steps:

If you receive the message You have exceeded the daily cancellation limit of 3 times per
day, please try again tomorrow, it means the P2P function has been temporarily suspended
due to excessive cancellations.

automatically lifted after (UTC) ± 00:00. To avoid unnecessary cancellations, we strongly

code.

You can share your referral link, ID, or QR code with your friends. Once registration is complete
with the referral code and the user trades on Binance, you will receive the commission fee in

Registration / Identification> How to delete account

If you are facing the following problems, please try the accompanying solutions:

1. Email or phone number to be linked has already been used by another account: Please click
here to apply for account migration.

2. Your name can only be linked to one account, and you cannot have multiple accounts under
one name. Please use the authenticated account to continue with the transaction.

3. Failed to enter referral code for account registration: If you failed to enter the referral code at
registration, you will not be able to fill it in after you have created your account.

4. If you have no transactions after a long period of time or want to close your account, you may
disable account. You will be able to reactivate your account and use it again in the future.

In case of account exceptions, such as password modification email reminder, login IP change
reminder, non personal operation transaction, currency withdrawal, etc., you can choose to
disable the account in the following ways.

Registration / Identification> Why verify my account

Binance requires all users to complete Identity Verification to increase their account security and
to comply with countries’ regulations. Therefore, you might be asked to re-verify your Binance
account from time to time. For example, we require existing users to perform Identity Verification
again after we upgrade our compliance standards to be fully aligned with the latest EU Anti-
Money Laundering Directives.

Once the user gets the re-verify entry, if the verification is not completed within ten days,
the Fiat deposits will not be available from the tenth day.Binance Card will not be
available from the 20th day.On the 30th day, the account will become Withdraw only
mode.

Crypto deposit will not be restricted, and deposit funds will be credited normally

The assets of users whose assets were previously frozen will be automatically unfrozen

Once the user completes the re-verify, the account will return to normal and the funds will
be released.

If your personal verification has failed, one of the following may have occurred:

- The system detects that you already have a verified account. Please use the verified account to
continue using Binance services. Each user may only have 1 verified account.

- Facial recognition failed. Please take a selfie again and upload it to the system.

- The document is invalid. Please provide a valid document as indicated on the webpage.

- Your ID is not legible. Please upload a photo of your ID again, and ensure that the photo is not
overexposed and has no reflection.

-Facial recognition may have failed because your uploaded selfie contains multiple faces or that
a photo of your identical twin is already in the system. You can submit an appeal using the link
below. Please note that processing your appeal will take 3 business days .Please click here to

If your residential address verification has failed, please try the following:

1. Check that the document provided meets the following requirements. The document should be
a:

- Bank statement

- Utility bill (electricity, water, gas, etc.)

- The document provided should have been issued in the last three months.

2. Check that the ID provided is valid (i.e. has not expired).

3. Check that your name and address matches the information provided in your Binance account

Please note:

If your verify plus button is unavailable, it means that you do not need to do verify plus(address
verification), your identity verification has passed, and all functions can be used normally. 

If you want to increase your Fiat Deposit & Withdrawal Limits to $2M per day, you can enter
the Fiat Deposit page and select an amount above $50 for large deposit/withdrawal. Please note
that a pop-up for verifying your account will appear after selection. You need to verify your
address and pass the verification before you can increase your Fiat Deposit & Withdrawal
Limits.

How to register on binance

You can register for a Binance account via these methods:

To register, follow these steps:


1. Go to the Binance website and click the [Register] button located on the top right of the
screen.
2. Select your account type (this cannot be modified later):

- Entity Account
3. Enter your email address, create a password (combination of alphanumeric characters as well
as upper and lowercase letters), and click [Next].
4. Look out for our verification email.
5. Click on the verification link in the email to complete registration.

Please note:
• For the safety of your account, we recommend enabling 2FA (Google or Yubikey).
• When you log in for the first time, the system will automatically send you an email to authorize
your device. You will need to complete this before you can log in to your account.
• If you do not receive the verification code during registration, this may mean that your email
address has already been registered. Please use the keyword "Binance" to search for related
emails in your inbox.
• Each user is only allowed to have one verified account. If you have already verified your

Registration / Identification> Australia verification failed

If your Australia verification has failed, please check the possible reasons as follows:
1. if your document provided meets the requirements (choose one of the following):
- Driver licesne
- Passport
- Visa
2.If you have:
No first name or last name on your license, enter a hyphen (-) to the respective field
A single name on your licence (either your first or last name), enter it in the [Last Name] field
3. if your id document is within validation date

The corrected name needs to be consistent with the name displayed on the ID document you
provide (including the displayed text and language).
If the name is correct but the name on your bank card is slightly different from your system
identification name, this will not affect your access to legal currency and other services. For
example:
- Your bank card name and your system identification name is missing the middle name
- Bank card name is abbreviated
- The order of the names displayed on the Binance page is inconsistent

To enhance user experience, we have launched a new function for users to change their
nicknames.

Follow these steps to change your nickname:


1. Go to Profile - Overview and locate the settings from the left sidebar menu.
2. Nickname settings: Click 'Edit' next to your nickname to enter your new nickname and then
click 'Save'.

How to change P2P nickname?


Log in to your account and visit P2P User Center please click here . Click on the edit button next
to your current nickname. A pop-up will appear and you will be able to enter your new nickname.

Nickname guidelines:
1. Between 1-20 characters
2. Can include English (case sensitive) and Chinese characters, as well as numbers
3. Other than “-“ and “_”, spaces, emojis and special characters are not allowed
4. You will not be able to use a nickname that is already taken by another user
5. Account nicknames can be changed multiple times, and will take effect immediately
6. P2P nicknames may only be changed once every 365 days

If you cannot log in to your account, please confirm whether your phone number or email
address is correct.

For other situations, please refer to the following:

1. If you encounter lags, or app fails to load, or becomes unresponsive after tapping, please clear
your cache or download the latest version of the app from the official website. Please click here
to download the latest version of the app and try again.

2. Password error: Click here to reset your password on the app or website. If you enter the
wrong password for more than 5 consecutive attempts, your account will be locked.

3. Unable to receive code for Google Authenticator, Phone Number Verification or Email
Verification: Log in to your account and go to User Center. Tap 'Security verification unavailable?'
at the bottom of the page to reset your Security verification.

4. Account Disabled: Find out how to unblock your account here

5. 2FA code error: Synchronize the time on your mobile phone (to synchronize your Google
Authenticator app) and the computer from which you attempted to login.

6.If ‘Account Banned’ appears on your Android app and you cannot log in to your account,
please try logging in via desktop.

At present, the app side can "forget the password". Please upgrade the software to the
latest version or reset your password through the official website. Withdrawal and C2C
coin selling are prohibited within 24 hours after resetting the password

The following may have prevented you from receiving the SMS Verification Code:

1. The mobile phone network is congested. Please wait 30 minutes before trying again.

2. You have clicked the Get Code button too quickly or frequently. If a pop-up appeared asking
you to try again after 24 hours, please wait before trying again.

3. The Verification Code has been blocked by your phone security software. Please disable the
software, restart your phone and try again.

4. You may have neglected paying your phone bill or your phone storage is full. Please also
check your junk folder.

5. If you have not turned off your phone for some time, please restart it.

6. If your app version is outdated, please update it to the latest version and try again.

If the above does not resolve your issue, please go to the Log In page after 2 hours and request
for voice verification. The system will call the phone that is linked to your Binance account and
provide you with the verification code.

enhance account security, all mobile phone-registered users will need to enable two-step

If the system prompts you that the email address or mobile number is already occupied, you may
log in to your account to migrate the email address or phone number. After account migration,
you will not be able to make withdrawals on either account for 24 hours.

Please also note the following conditions for migration (assuming A is the account you
would like to migrate to and B is the account you no longer wish to use):

• A must be linked to either your phone number or email address, while B must be linked to both
your phone number and email address.

• There are no open loans orders on B and the total balance is less than 0.001 BTC.

• The accounts are not in restricted countries/regions.

• None of the accounts are a master, sub, or corporate account.

If you do not meet conditions for phone number migration, please try the following:
1. Log in with the phone number.
2. Link the account to an email address that is not registered on Binance.

If you are facing issues to complete Face Verification when removing 2FA from Android
devices, please update your Binance App to the latest version (v2.45.0).

If you are unable to use Google Authenticator / Phone Number Verification / Email Verification
and also unable to log in to your account, you can reset security verification by following these
steps:
1. Enter your account details and password on the Log In page.

To enhance user account security, the Binance app now supports biometric authentication
including facial recognition and fingerprint authentication. Please do not be alarmed if you are

What should I do?

What will happen to the old address deposit?

Binance will start the automatic withdrawal process as soon as you submit your verification code.
Unfortunately, there is no way for us to cancel this once you have initiated the withdrawal.

If your withdrawal has been processing for a long period of time, this can be due to network
activity errors. In this case you will find a Set Reminder button in the withdrawal page.

Click the button to receive a message as soon as the network activity resumes. Once your
network activity resumes, your withdrawal time should follow normal network timings. Once a
withdrawal is processing, it cannot canceled as the transaction has been submitted to the
network and is awaiting the block confirmation.

This is a decentralized process that cannot be changed or canceled.

Note: Once your transaction has been confirmed in the blockchain already, which means that
Binance has successfully completed the transaction. We regret that we are no longer able to

Please note that the available fiat currencies you can post ads with are determined on
your KYC region, not your physical location. If you are unable to post ads in some fiat
currencies, it's because your KYC does not support those currencies. However, you can always
place orders with those fiat currencies from other user's advertisements (except CNY).

If the buyer has marked paid but you have not received the payment, maybe there is bank
transfer delay, payment has not arrived your account, please kindly wait a little more and
allow buyer more time to complete the transfer or cancel this order. You can also
communicate with buyer to ask them make payment or cancel the order. If you have not received
the payment or buyer do not response within 1 hour, please click Appeal button in the order, We
will help you directly via the appeal. The appeals will be handled within 12-48 hours, please be
calm as your crypto is escrowed by Binance and will NOT be paid to the buyer if the order
is open.

You can also click the yellow Chat button and engage in a conversation with the buyer to ask
him/her to cancel if he did not pay. If the two parties reach an agreement, you can click Cancel
Appeal and continue to complete the transaction.

P2P Orders> I Paid but P2P order was cancelled

Please calm down with us to solve this problem. Our support process will go more smoothly if
you read and follow the instructions below, thank you for your cooperation:

If you have already paid the seller but the order has been cancelled, immediately check if the
seller advertises SELL online, if so place a new order with the same value. Note that you do
not need to pay for this new order, click Transferred, next to confirm because you have already
transferred, so that the order will not expire and be cancelled.

Then chat with them via the chat box to explain the situation with information so that the seller
can check (including full payment information, time, money transfer receipt). At the same time, to
speed up the process, please leave your contact phone number in the chat box (not in this
chat) so that after checking, they can contact you as soon as possible.

Rest assured that once a new order is placed, your funds will be kept safe as the seller's coins
will be locked while the order is open/pending. You can still place a new order if the selling price
is higher than the old one, this is to attract the seller's attention and demand a refund. You can
cancel the order if the seller has refunded you.

For sellers, please note that cancelled orders will only affect buyer's completion rate and will not
affect seller's statistics. You do not need to remove those orders from the completion rate. For
buyers, if your order meets below criteria, the system will remove the order from stats

off-trading, arbitrage trading, etc.).

Dear user, with the new updates of Binance P2P Policy, all users (including merchants and
normal users) are allowed to change your nickname once every 365 days.

Here's a simple guideline on how you can change your nickname: Please login and click on [P2P
User Center.

In here, you can change your nickname by clicking on the 'Edit' option besides the 'Nickname'.

Notice: Please ensure to set your nickname professionally. It will be disabled if your
nickname is improper:

a) The nickname needs to be unique

b) 1-20 characters, it can only contain English characters, numbers, and the following symbols,
""_"" or ""-"" only

c) Nicknames can only be edited once every 365 days, once you have changed your nickname,
you'll need after 365 days to change it again. The system will show you the date you last
modified your nickname.

The name displayed when adding a payment method is identified from your legal documents.
You cannot edit this name.

When you receive P2P payments or add a P2P payment method, if the name displayed is
different from the one on your identification document, please click here to modify it. If you
have not completed Identity Verification, please complete it and apply for a name change
afterwards.

Usually you will receive payment by the end of month. Recently NGO is collecting BEP20
address as there are some issues with BEP 2 address. If you haven't receive the payment,
you can email your BUSD BEP 20 deposit address to standwithukraine@isans.org and
wait for donation to be received. NGO will gradually transfer the payment as soon as NGO get
the BEP20 address. Please wait with patience and thank you for understanding.🙏🏻

💎 Will NGO inform me and provide txid after BUSD donation was transferred to me?

NGO will send approval email to you. NGO cannot provide txid for every user. NGO has already
sent BUSD to more than 6000 refugees.

💎 Can I apply for donation if I already applied for the regular EEA Binance Card?

No, you cannot. Only Ukrainian refugees who have left Ukraine after the onset of war or
internally displaced people (people inside Ukraine) can apply for BUSD donation.

Binance Card> How to apply Binance Card

Binance offers two kinds of cards for application:

1. Regular Binance Card

Europe residents who complete identity verification and Verified Plus (Proof of Address)
can order the regular Binance Card. 👉 Apply here

Kindly be informed that not all countries are supported for Binance Card. If your country is
not in the list, Binance Card is unfortunately not available at the moment. You may log in your
account and register your interest on the application page by clicking "Register Interest" and we
will notify you if Binance Card is available in your country in the future.

Binance Card is available to Binance users living in the following Europe countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia,
Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia,

This program is only for Ukrainian refugees who left Ukraine after the onset of war and

If Ukrainians want to apply regular Binance Card instead of Refugee card, you should
complete Verified Plus (Proof of Address) and it should fall under one of the EEA
countries. If you want to modify Verified Plus country, click here to submit. Upon modification
completed, your will receive SMS or email notification and then you can apply regular card via
application page.

⚠️Each user can order only one card per account, you can not order both of regular card
and refugee card.

⚠️If you are required to deposit 0.05 BNB when applying for a card, once you receive and
activate the physical card, you'll receive the funds back.

Binance Card> Failed to apply Binance Card

⚠️If you have Ukrainian Refugee Card application questions, please search "Ukraine
Refugee Program" in the chatbot or read this page first to learn how to apply Binance
Refugee Crypto Card. You must meet all the requirements:

1. Identity verification country = Ukraine (age above 18)

2. Must bind EEA phone number to Binance account

3. You are currently located in the supported list of EEA countries

4. Your Verified Plus status is unverified or verified in Ukraine.

If your Regular Binance Card application failed, please refer to the following:

💎 1. Binance Card is supported only for users, living in some of European countries. You
can see the full list of supporting countries. If your country is not listed, you will not be able to
apply for the card.

💎 2. If you see a pop-up message asking you to update your name while applying for
card, it means that your name contains unsupported characters (such as non-latin letters
or non-English letters). You can click "Edit Name" to update your name to English letters. After
3-7 business days, you will receive an SMS or email notification. You will then be able to apply
for the Binance Card.

Please make sure that the updated name does not contain non-latin characters. If the
original ID you provided for identity verification is not in English, please upload an ID
document that is in English. Otherwise, you might not be able to apply for the Binance Card.

💎 3. If you see a pop-up message informing "Please complete identity verification before
card application" even if you're already verified, please contact our online customer support for
assistance.
💎 4. If you see a pop-up message informing that the document has expired, it means that
the identity document previously provided has already expired. Log in and click here to upload
your latest identity document. Please note that verification takes a few days. Upon completing
verification, you will receive an SMS or email notification. You will then be able to apply for the
Binance Card.

💎 5. Each user may only hold one Binance Card. If you have deleted your Binance account
which has an existing Binance Card, you will not be able to apply for a new card with your new
Binance account.

💎 6. If you see a pop-up message informing you that the "phone number or email has already
been used" or "Order failed due to an active Swipe Card", we regret to inform you that your
application for a Binance Card was unsuccessful. Due to our internal policy, we are unable to
provide you with further information on your card application. Please be aware that your Binance
Account is not affected and you can continue to use the other Binance services. Thank you for
your understanding.

💎 7. Issues related to Verified Plus (Proof of Address):

a). You will need to complete Verified Plus before applying for the Regular Binance Card.
If you have not done so, please click here and complete address verification with your Proof of
Address.

(⚠️Ukrainian Refugees don't need to do Verified Plus before applying for Refugee card.

b). The delivery address must be the same as your verified residential address, except Ukrainian
refugees. If your address has changed, is not correct or is not valid for ordering Binance
Card, please click here to modify your residential address.

c). If your verified residential address does not fall under the list of eligible countries but you
are currently residing in a country that is eligible for the Binance Card, please click here to
verify your residential address again.

💎 8. If an error occurs after you have filled up all required information on the application
page, please try the following:

a) Clear browser cache and cookies

b) Use incognito mode in Google Chrome

c) Use a different web browser

Binance Card> Binance Card not received

⚠️Ukraine Refugee card reorders functions are NOT AVAILABLE. Changing address is
also not allowed, please make sure your shipping address while applying for the refugee card.
If you don't receive the physical card, you can only use virtual card till the end of this
refugee program.
After ordering Binance card, usually it takes up to 14 days to ship it, and after your card was
successfully shipped, we will send you an email notification, please check your inbox to find an
email and confirm the shipping date.

Be noted, that shipping of your card may take up to 45 days. Our cards are sent by the ordinary
letter and don't have the tracking number, so the time of arrival depends on work of post office in
your country. Please wait with patience and thank you for understanding.

If your card wasn't received for more than 45 days after shipping date, please confirm if your
shipping address was filled correct. You may view it in your Funding wallet: go to Funding wallet
> click on ""View more"" > ""Residential Address"".

If the address is correct AND you have not received the card for over 45 days since
shipping date, please order a new card charge-free by clicking on the "Order New Card"

Binance Card> Failed to pay with Binance Card

⚠️Binance Card holders are not able to use the card if you don't redo identity verification
after 19 days of the redo email notification. If you receive our redo email, please complete
your identity verification ASAP then you can continue to use your card.

⚠️Binance Card holders will not be able to use cards for both online and offline
transactions in Russia with effect from 2022-03-09 21:00 UTC. This does not affect card
usage outside of Russia.
If your Binance Card transaction fails, please try the following:

1. Ensure that you have sufficient funds in your Funding wallet balance, as your card is using
your Funding wallet balance for payments. Or you can enable Spot Wallet as a backup source of
funding on Binance Card. 👉 Click here to learn how to enable spot wallet

2. If you have entered PIN incorrectly on 3 or more occasions, your card's chip may be
blocked. You would need to unblock it manually at a main bank ATM by inserting the card
and pin, selecting pin services then unblock chip/pin. Once this has been done please allow
30 minutes before using the card again.

If you have entered CVV incorrectly on 3 or more occasions, your card may be blocked too. For
the CVV block, you can go to card dashboard to unblock your card. Before unblocking,
you need to complete 2FA verification.

3. Check that you have not exceeded your daily transaction limits:

a. Virtual card: 870 EUR

b. Physical card: 8,700 EUR

c. ATM withdrawals: 290 EUR

d. Amount per contactless transaction: 50 EUR across Europe

e. Accumulated amount of contactless payments: 150 EUR

4. If you are unable to make contactless payments, be noted that to activate contactless
payment on your Binance Card, you need to complete the first transaction on your
physical Binance Card with Chip & PIN. You can try the following:

a. Put the card physically in the POS terminal and put in the PIN to complete the payment.

b. Withdraw in ATM.

5. Use your physical card number if you have already activated the physical card, as virtual and
physical cards have different numbers.

6. Try to withdraw from another ATM as not all ATMs support this service.

⚠️There have been recent cases of failed ATM withdrawals in Portugal. If you have been
affected, please try again at a later date. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

7. If your transaction status is ‘Paid’, this means that your payment is successful and pending
merchant confirmation. The process may take up to 18 days. We appreciate your patience on
this matter.

8. If you are unable to make online payments, check if you have completed 3-D Secure (3DS)
authentication. If the merchant you are using enabled 3DS services, you should receive a
notification via app or email to complete the authentication.

a. If you did not receive any notifications, ensure that you have linked both your phone number
and email to your Binance account.

b. If you still did not receive any notifications, or you are unable to make online payments despite
completing authentication, please contact Binance Support for assistance.
Binance Card> Binance Card refund

1. If your transaction is in the ""Paid"" status, and the merchant claims that the transaction
was already refunded, failed or not received, please wait for the transaction to be
processed as it may take up to 18 days to settle. If the transaction status becomes
""Completed"", you may contact us again to process the refund.
2. If your transaction is in ""Completed"" status, but merchant claims that the transaction
was already refunded, failed or not received, please contact our online customer service
representatives and provide the following information to process the refund:

 Transaction ID (can be found in your Card Wallet - Transaction History)


 If transaction was refunded by merchant, please provide the proof of refund, including
refund time, amount and merchant information
 If merchant claims that they did not receive the transaction, please provide the relevant
screenshot of email/chat history, where merchant confirms that transaction wasn't
received
 If transaction failed (e.g. ATM withdrawal), please provide proof of failed transaction (e.g.
receipt of failed ATM withdrawal). Please note that if there is no proof of failed
transaction, it may take up to 18 days for us to credit your refund.

If you are unable to locate the incoming funds from your friends in the Binance Pay payment
history, you can follow the below steps to trace the funds:

1. Check your Funding Wallet balance. The incoming funds always arrive in your Funding
Wallet.

2. If you believe the funds have not yet credited to your Funding Wallet , ask for a screenshot of
the payment details from the sender.

3. Check the Order ID:

Binance Pay order ID starts with 1 and consists of 18 numerics. If the Order ID starts with 5,
proceed to check P2P Transaction History, this means that the sender initiated the payment via
P2P instead of Binance Pay. In order to provide a better user experience, the P2P Send/Receive
function has been upgraded to Binance Pay. Please advise your friend to upgrade their
Binance App to the latest version and use Binance Pay to send and receive funds.

 Please make sure you do not have any open orders, for you may not convert tokens that
are "locked" pending your order. You may need to cancel your open orders before

4.What are the minimum and maximum trade amounts?

The minimum trade amount is generally an equivalent value of 10 USDT worth of coins.
Minimum and maximum trade amounts will be dependent on the coin / pair and can be
previewed before entering in a trade amount.

5.Are there any trading fees?


We do not charge any fees on OTC trades. However, there will be a spread (if you are buying,
our prices will be above the market price. If you are selling, our price will be below the market

6.I received an “insufficient funds” error?

To confirm an OTC trade, you must have the required amount of coins that you are selling in
your spot wallet. For example, if you want to buy 10 BTC with USDT and the price per BTC is

If you are having some trouble repaying your debts, you can manually place a repay trade. For

the amount (in coin value, not USDT) since that is the minimum order amount (you could transfer
some funds from your spot wallet to your margin wallet in case you have less than 10 USDT
worth of coins in your margin wallet).

Create NFT> How to Migrate NFTs from Default Collection to a New Collection

The migration of NFTs is only applicable for regular NFT items which were minted before
the minting feature was opened to all registered users.

Binance NFT didn’t require users to select a collection for their NFTs before the NFT mint
function was launched to all users. To unify the display of NFTs on the website, all the NFTs
you created without a collection will be automatically combined under “(Your Nickname)’s
NFT Collection”.

Users can migrate their NFTs from the default collection to new collections from now to 31
July 2022 (23:59 UTC).
You can personalise and migrate your existing NFTs from your default collection to other
collections by visiting the Sorting and Migration page. On the Sorting and Migration page,
you can view the migration history and the different collections you own, as well as migrate
your NFTs to an existing or a new collection. You can create multiple new collections and
customise the collection name to migrate and sort your NFTs.

Please note:

 Once your NFTs have been migrated to a new collection, the collection name cannot
be changed anymore.
 You cannot move the NFTs from the default collection to other collections which you
created after the minting feature was opened to all verified users.
 You can personalise your new collections with an icon and banner in your user
profile.

NFT transaction> How to sell NFT

To list an NFT for sale, our team must first approve the content to make sure it's appropriate
for listing. This process usually takes 4-8 hours. Upon successful approval, your NFT will list
immediately on the Marketplace as either an auction or fixed price sale, according to your
preference. Alternatively, you can also choose to list your NFT at a specified time (with a
minimum of 12 hours after approval).

How to sell NFT

If you want to sell NFT rewarded by identity verification (KYC) activities, please note that

Binance has launched Binance Liquid Swap to provide users with instant liquidity & lower fees
through an Automated Market Maker (AMM) system.

Users can:
- Quickly complete an exchange between two tokens in the Swap Pool OR
- Become a liquidity provider by adding funds into the Liquidity Pool to earn fees from trades in
the Swap Pool and also yield-farming rewards

- Adding funds to the liquidity pool contains certain risks, and does not conserve your principal
amount.
- When adding/removing to the liquidity pool with a single token, transaction fees will be incurred

is aware that there is a recent incident where a large volume of personal information was
disseminated or sold via unauthorized channels. We reassure you that Binance is not involved
and your account is secure.

If you happen to receive SMS, emails or phone calls impersonating Binance, please provide us
with as much information as you can to allow us to investigate further. Additionally, you can refer

Reminder: If you receive phone calls impersonating Binance, immediately add those numbers
into blacklists and block them. Thank you for your understanding and support.

If there are abnormal activities in your account, we suggest you click here to disable account

account] button in the emails to temporarily disable your account.

1. The victim needs to complete account verification with Binance.com

2. A detailed description of being hacked - transfer records, funds transferring history, transfer
records and live address information must be in text format. Pictures or video queries are not

3. The victim must provide a police report within 24 hours after submitting the support request.
After receiving the report, Binance will directly liaise with law enforcement agencies to deal with
the issue of stolen funds.

📢If your Binance account has received a number of deposits of unknown origin, it is most
likely a Dust Attack.

This is a new type of malicious attack in which hackers attempt to undermine the anonymity of
Bitcoin/cryptocurrency users by sending small amounts of tokens to users' personal wallets.
Don't worry about that coin, we would like to suggest that you exchange these tokens (from the
dust attack) to BNB, which meant your account is safe.

API issues> Third party and trading bot

Please note that we do not have partnerships with any other API trading platforms/bots. Hence,
we do not provide any support for on matter. We are able to provide API Key and Secret Key. If
you require more information, please consult the third party platform. To protect your assets, we
highly recommend you not to use third party platforms or purchased bots and delete the linked
API Keys if necessary. If you encounter errors when using a third party platform or trading bot,
please contact the relevant platform.

Please note that after the trade takes place successfully, you will not be able to refund it. Please

API issues> API limits

There are 3 types of limitations when using API to trade:

1. Hard-Limits: -1,200 request weight per minute (keep in mind that this is not necessarily
the same as 1,200 requests)

 50 orders per 10 seconds


 160000 orders per 24 hours Our hard-limits are listed on the /api/v3/exchangeInfo
endpoint.
2. Machine Learning Limits: Trading behavior is evaluated against the average user. If you
deviate too far, you will be banned for a set amount of time ranging from 5 minutes to 3
days.
3. Web Application Firewall (WAF) Limits: While we do not provide exact details on our
WAF rules, if you are receiving an HTTP 403 error, you have broken a rule. Most likely, it
will be a result of excessive requests within a duration of 5 minutes. However, if you are
sending a request that could be perceived as malicious, it could also result in a ban of a
longer duration.

API issues> API key permissions

If your API Key does not have whitelisted IP address(es), i.e. this API Key allows access to any
IP address, your selected Enable Spot & Margin Trading permission will be valid for 90 days
from the activation time. The system will automatically uncheck the permission after the
expiration date. At that time, you are able to manually enable Spot & Margin Trading
permission again, then you can view the corresponding expiration time prompt on the Enable
Spot & Margin Trading permission.

If your API Key has whitelisted IP address(es), the Enable Spot & Margin Trading permission
will not expire. The new rules are valid for all accounts, including normal accounts, master
accounts and sub-accounts. The API Key created before the adjustment time will not trigger the
new rules automatically.

However, when you edit the permissions, there will be a pop-up window if the above rules are
met. After your confirmation, Enable Spot & Margin Trading will be enabled and will be valid for
90 days. Binance recommends that you whitelist trusted IP address(es) for the API Key to
improve your account security. Please do not disclose your API Key to anyone to avoid asset
losses. Be aware that your API Key may be disclosed by authorizing it to a third-party platform.
