Greetings from Ross&MARINA Iloilo.Oysters.Seafood.

Group 914 Corporation has been your loyal client for over 6 years. We are thankful for your consistent
support on our Promos, Events & Company Occasions.

However due to current uncontrollable circumstances significantly affected the business badly, we would
like to request/propose modified terms of Beer Purchase & Delivery:

1. Purchase Order will still be processed and sent by Head Office

2. Payment will be on Cash Basis at the Head Office
3. Beer Delivery by San Miguel will be per branch/outlet
(SM North Edsa, M.Ignacia, Centris Eton, Metrowalk, Araneta Cubao & Moa)
4. We can commit a volume requirement minimum of 600 cases/month for the first 6 months

As mentioned, current circumstances compelled our Commissary to order weekly but on cash basis, and
with the current traffic situation with limited delivery capacity, can no longer accommodate beer delivery to
all branches.

We are asking for your kind consideration and assistance on this matter.
