How to turn on a computer
1) Step 1: Find the 'on' button. It probably looks like this (but might be square or
oblong!):

2. How to find a data or information has been saved at computer?


Steps to find the file (in Windows 7 and earlier):
 Click the Start button, type the file name through the keyboard and press Enter. Search
results will be displayed. Click the file or folder that you want.
If you have problems finding a file, then you should look in several places below:
 Downloads: The computer will place files that you download from the internet in this
folder by default. If you have trouble finding the file that you downloaded from the
internet (e.g. photo file attachments in e-mail), then you should search here first. To
view the Downloads folder, open Windows Explorer then search and select Downloads
(under Favorites in the left pane of the window). A list of files that you have just
downloaded from the internet will be displayed here.

3. How to Print Data at Microsoft Office


A. Microsoft Office Word
1) Click File > Print.
2) To preview each page, click the forward and backward arrows at the bottom of the
page.
3) Choose the number of copies, and any other options you want, and click the Print
button.
B. Microsoft Office Excel
1) Select the worksheets that you want to print.
2) Click File > Print, or press CTRL+P.
3) Click the Print button or adjust Settings before you click the Print button.
