While going through the book .. I have noticed that chapters are too long… Huge book..Too
much..But interesting anyway the book was great it help me a lot with my studies and the way
the words written on it was very easy for understanding, the points and to get it more clear the
definitions and the important points were written on the right side of the book in a simple way.
The examples after each paragraph and the way the writer typed all the information in this huge
book everything is perfect.
For selecting the book, one of the main facts that were kept in mind is that knowledge needs to
be spread about organizational behavior and how these behaviours can have an effect on work
places and the productivity being shown by employees. The book chosen in this case is more
comprehensive and has more knowledge about organizational behavior.
Since the book is huge, so I would like to reduce the length of the book and the book is full of
paragraphs so I would like to convert them into bulletins. But also I would like to recommend
to one's who want to gather more information about organizational behavior as the book is
perfect source of knowledge.

According to the authors the aim of this book is to present an interdisciplinary approach to the
understanding of organizational behavior within the contemporary Indian environment. The
text is written in a simple, conversional style that should be suitable for most undergraduate
students at English speaking territory institutions.
Some of applications of this book includes predicting the trend of changing jobs and carrier
developments, managing happiness at work based on organizational culture and personality
types of employees, ensuring health and well-being by mapping correct person to correct job
descriptions and managing constant change in organizations, and dealing with post-recession
organization effects.
The book is perfect for students and I don’t think so any part of this book makes me
disappointed. Hence no change is required from my point of view in this book. As this book
serves the purpose of elucidating the basic concept of OB and resulting in better understanding
of the dynamics of human behavior, so I would like to recommend this book to all including
researchers, management students and faculty.
