HOW TO UPGRADE FROM ULYSSE 3.4.x TO ULYSSE 3.5.

A. 32 BITS VERSION OF ULYSSE 3.5.2

1. Uninstall the previous version of Ulysse 3

2. Launch "Lighting 3.32bits.msi"
3. [If applicable] Register again the access to the Tunnel module (re-use the same
license number & email address)

B. 64 BITS VERSION OF ULYSSE 3.5.2

IMPORTANT
Ulysse 64 bits is not compatible with Microsoft Office 32 bits.
A 64 bits version of Microsoft Office will be required, OR the installation of a
third-party tool like “AceRedist” provided here.
To check your version of Office, open the “Task Manager” (CTRL+ALT+DEL). If
Microsoft Word is not running, start it. Verify the process in the Task Manager. If
“32bits” does not appear near the “Word” process, you are using a 64 bits version.

1. Uninstall the previous version of Ulysse 3

2. Launch "Lighting 3.64bits.msi"
3. [If applicable] Install the third party tool "AceRedist_x64"
4. [If applicable] Register again the access to the Tunnel module (re-use the same
license number & email address)

C. REMARKS
After the upgrade, check if the component "VectorDraw" is properly installed.
If missing, it can be installed manually using the package installer
"vdFileConverter4.msi" located in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Schreder\Lighting 3".

D. TROUBLESHOOTING:
If the installer does not operate properly, please copy it to "C:\temp" and run the
installation from that directory.
