1. Pick Up a „BRAND NEW NAME“ Without Dashes Like:

LSMaster, ProGamer, EasyTech, AllDoneInaMinute,Drowned...

The First name is the name of my brand new channel i made (LSMaster),
the one I am talking about and it got 70+ Subscribers in only 12 Days.
Well don't count it will get like 210 SUBS for one month nooooo. WHY?
Because that's YouTubes Algorithm. When your small you start
„GROWING“ FASTER AND FASTER. So this channel will have Atleast
5000 SUBS in only 6 MONTHS but you can do better if you do a video
each day! I DONT!
2. Choose a Channels Description Visely! So don't type in exactly what are
you going to do just type in like regular dude who's willing to make a
difference in that and that niche. For Instance because YouTube is going
to see your not there only to make money but to make awesome content
since your SMART and don't want to fool people because if you sad hey!
My name is Jon and iam gonna be making new video each day about that
and that topic/niche people will hold you to your channels description and
expect a new video EACH DAY! If you dont film for one day BOOM it
starts getting down!

3. Get a good Profile Picture and Channel Art Picture.

So why is this so important because you kill competition without a good
profile picture and without Good Channel Art! Simple as THAT!
Now when you upload pictures type in a file name like this for profile
picture:
„YouTube Profile Picture For My Channel“ Of Course without commas!
And for youtube channel art:
„YouTube channel art picture for My Channel Name of channel here“
4. Verify your youtube channel right away.

Yes you must verify your channel right away in order for YouTube to see
you as a serious publisher/content creator!
Go to your channel click on ADVANCED and there you will see button
verify type in your mobile phone number and you will receive 6 numbers.
Get those numbers and type them in and press VERIFY button.
There you go you are now verified( remember not verified like PewDiePie)
only your channel is verified (to have a little success mark near your
name/verified you must have 1000+ google+ followers basically 1001
follower).
5. Choose a Niche/Topic That is not too much competitive!

Yes! You must choose a niche that ain't competitive like it's GAMING,
TECH, PRANKS and stuff like that. Choose something that's not too
competitive alright.
Something little less people make get an idea for your channel and get a plan
that you will be sticking to each day.

6. Start Making Videos EACH DAY!

Don't make a video each day for 15 days and when you see no results or poor
results STOP! Nooo never STOP! The reason why you get little views or no
views little subs or no subs at all is because you took too competitive niche
and you don't know how to properly tag your video, how to make awesome
title that is clickable and clickbait THUMBNAIL!

So ill be revealing you guys how to suceed even in competitive niche.

7. Make Clickbait Title Description and Thumbnail!

Yes, this means you need to make a title as much appealing as possible
because readers/watchers are going to firstly read your tittle watch your
thumbnail and than click on your VIDEO!
So clickbait is something like you have a title for a gaming video
STRANDED DEEP which was really competitive game when i had a
youtube channel that had more than 3.5 k SUBS in that much competitive
niche and was only getting 2k views per month on a video because i didnt
knew about those PRO TIPS!

No clickbait title would be :

Stranded Deep Gameplay | MEGALODON SHARK KILLED IN 1
MINUTE!

You see who wouldn't off click that!

than you make a thumbnail with a megalodon in a red circle that's showing
how is it killed with a SPEAR let's say. WOULD YOU CLICK ON THAT?
YES YOU WOULD!

8. DESCRIPTION is mother for getting mor views and subs

In each and every single description of your videos you must link all of your
previous videos one with another.
So to be clear you have 50 videos each one is linked with another.
Let's say this is your 50th video to link a previous video just go to endscreen
and annotations and click on subscribe button thats where people would click
to subscribe and click on add video choose only 1 video „PREVIOUS ONE“
and do that with each video okay?

And in every single description at the very bottom type in your full channel
name. And hit save.

9. Tags will help you get more views and subs 100%

If you are just starting out with a youtube tags are mom for views and subs.
Try to find someone with 1k – 5k subs that is in same niche as you are (only
if your just starting out) and put his channel name in your tags description but
clear name just copy his name and paste it in tag section. Than go to his
videos and choose one that has been recorded one or two weks ago and that
has more than 10k views and copy whole title of that his video and put it in
your tag section.
 So what will do this basically? It will give you an opportunity to show in his
related videos so his subscribers will see your video in reccommended
section and will definitelly click on your video!

10. Promote your videos as much as you can!

You must do this after each video has been uploaded. Watch it 4 times from
the beggining to the end by yourself and share it to google+ and Twitter 4
times each time you watch it.

Than just leave it and you will see a difference in your YouTube Channel.
