constant in life. In that change, we still have the
approach of staying hopeful, finding more about
ourselves, and a sign of the weather changing. From
storms to bright and sunny skies, this is what life is all
about.

Every time the Sun comes up

Recognizing that we cannot give what we don’t have,

we continually seek to be refreshed in God’s presence
and filled again and again with His love, so that it is His
own love that we are giving away.

In the waking world, flowers serve not only as marvels

of creation but as miracles of creativity itself. Dreams
about flowers filter everything that one experiences in
life and seeing a flower means a happy moment and an
epitome of beauty.

An Earthly Paradise

Gardens need an ever-watchful eye to ensure growth

remains steady and strong. Same is true for our
thoughts and feelings. We must be the ever-vigilant
gardener of our own minds. We must be active in
rooting out wayward thoughts and pulling out the
negative behaviors that are like weeds, choking out the
fine potential fruit growing within us. And just like
earthly gardens, we are going to have some tough
conditions with which to contend.

It’s the small things that matter.

Every moment of every day, we encounter innumerable

“little things.” Yet, despite this, it’s so easy for us to get
swept up in the grand scheme of things and forget to
pay attention to the small stuff. Today’s society is
always pushing us to look ahead, forget the little things
and focus on “the big picture.” But somehow we need
to learn how to pay attention to these little things
because when put in perspective, they build up over
the years and eventually come to define us.
