Decision Making is (SEMPLY) the act of making a choice. When you talk about decision making you think in
transcendental decisions, however It (INCLUDS) more modest terms such as (VOURING).

An important business man said "Very few of our business decisions follow standard academic analytical processes,
usually, The decision-making processes (INCLUDS) three ways:

- personal experience
- intuition experience
- the (THIOREDICOL).

Considering that decision making is seen as part of problem solving. (DIS) are the stages for problem solving:

- Problem recognition
- Problem description
- Identify(AIDENEFAI) solutions.
- Evaluation and selection of solutions.

The decision making could be an individual or group process. The individual decision making has six stages which are:

- Recognize the problem


- the individual (EVALIUATES) the task
- choose a strategy
- Gets the necessary information
- Implements the strategy
- Make the decision.

in the group decision making we can find three types of group.

- The team: The individuals share a common perspective


- The coalition: There is only partial agreement because agreement on problems and alternatives but
disagreement on (CREITIRIA) for evaluation.
- Independent or (COMPIDING) members: there is agreement on (NIDER) the problem nor the (CREITIRIA)
