AN01_ iNET – Ugrade procedure Application Note

This Application Note describe how to perform an iNET and Tools program upgrade.
It almost like the same process than iNET installation.

1- Export the trial license first before upgrade iNET :

-> System / Licence Manager

Exported Files are download in Download folder.

2- Backup iNET

3- If you don't need to upgrade iNET tools, stopped the iNET manager all
components.

a. Desactivate ALL
b. Reboot the server
c. then runs new iNET install file for upgrade (don’t forget Windows7
compatibility), and
d. reboot the server.

4- If you need to upgrade new iNET tools,

a. stopped the iNET manager all components,
b. If necessary, upgrade iNET tools (don’t forget to setup Windows7
compatibility),

c. reboot server,
d. upgrade new iNET (don’t forget to setup Windows7 compatibility),

e. reboot the server again.

If upgrade fail, re-install new one directly, then import the license file.

5- It is mandatory to clear the browser cache
