INTRODUCTION
There are huge number of traders in Vellore, but only few are succeeded.
Many sellers are lacking in selling and promoting their product which
result in failure and they forced themselves to close their business.

Red back studio provides numbers of service to their customer to achieve
their goal and helps them to succeed through services such as Website
designing, software Development, digital marketing, graphics designing,
etc.

In Vellore approximately 5000+ sellers are trading. Most of them wants to


improve their business to the world standard, and they want to set a
brand for their business.

A small informal study carried out in Vellore. Totally 25 shops approached

recommended to introduce our services we provide to them.

Strategies to attract Costumers

Good Costumer Approach- Approaching costumer in a polite way, making


them to understand why they need our services and what are all the
benefits they will gain. No formal approach

Rewards – Best performer rewards to the partner – (every month)

Reliance – Make them to believe through the quality of service.

Testimonies – Previous works and beneficiaries

Cost effective – 5% of cost cutting from the actual price (Exclusive of GST)

Conclusion

1. Costumer centric approach will be followed. Directly


approaching them individually and getting order, and it will be
favorable to the costumers (Partners should be trained to approach
costumer).
2. Offers and discount at the start up later it will be settled back.
3. Quick Delivery – delivering before the expected date.
4. Social media – promoting in all the way through social media.
5. Tele calling – through expert executive
