One of my favorite recipe is Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and is an Italian pasta dish
of fresh fettuccine with butter and Parmesan cheese. I love this recipe because is really
easy to prepare and taste so good.

Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken

 The ingredients to make 4 servings are:

 8 oz of any type of pasta that you prefer.
 4 chicken breast
 4 tablespoon of unsalted butter
 2 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
 3 cloves of garlic minced
 1 ½ cups of milk
 1 cup of heavy cream
 ½ cup of shredded Parmesan cheese
 2 tablespoon of fresh parsley chopped
 Salt and pepper to taste.

First cook the pasta according to the package instructions. I usually boiled the pasta for
9 or 10 minutes. Meanwhile the pasta is boiling, heat the oil in a skillet over medium
heat and cook the chicken breast previously seasoned with garlic, salt and pepper.

Next proceed to melt the butter in another skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and
cook for like 30 seconds. Then pour in the milk and cream and stir to avoid burning until
the mixture comes to a boil.
Add the parmesan cheese, salt and pepper and mix in the cooked pasta. Cut the breast
in stripes, add to the pasta, and serve with fresh parsley and some shredded Parmesan
cheese.
