your personal time line. Once the page provides you with your timeline, you
need to identify at least 3 historical events that draw your attention and create
sentences using the past perfect, past simple and the time expressions you
learned in this learning activity. Below you will see a screenshot of what the
timeline looks like, write your name in it. Below are some model sentences that
exemplify the product your instructor expects from you.

composition where you use them all. Highlight the past perfect and past simple

I was born on January 15, 1982. When Bob Marley died and was the most
respected reggae musician and composer in the world, I hadn’t been born. I
was already born when Italy was proclaimed world soccer champion and when
Robert Galloy and Luc Montagnier identified the AIDS virus. When the Nevado
del Ruiz eruption killed thousands of people, I was 3 years old.I had started
studying at school, when in the United States the Brazilian team won the world
soccer championship.
