ABOUT THE INVESTIGATION PROCESS.

LEARNINGS TO BUILD A
RESEARCH PROBLEM, ADVANCE IN FIELD WORK AND WRITE A THESIS
WITHOUT DYING IN THE ATTEMPT.

The article reflects and provides learning about the research process, from the formulation
of the problem to its materialization in thesis format. The process of constructing a research
problem is analyzed, considering the complex link between the theoretical and the
empirical and the reformulations that this implies. Also, some errors and common places
that usually fall in the first formulations of the problem are reviewed. At the same time, the
potentialities and characteristics of the fieldwork are investigated with historical sources
and interviews and the writing process that these types of sources entail. The aim is to
contribute learning and develop advice for the development of a research process and its
materialization in the thesis format, drawing on techniques and perspectives from various
disciplines.
