COME NOW Complainant, through the undersigned counsel,

unto this Honorable Court, most respectfully alleges:

1. That in compliance the Order dated February 10, 2017,

complainant has ascertained the new office address of the above-
mentioned respondents, and found out that the current office of the
respondents now located in Room 104 Centro Maximo Building, D.
Jakosalem Street, Cebu City.

2. The headquarters of the respondents is located in Mezzanine

Floor, Starmall Complex, Edsa Corner Shaw Blvd., Mandaluyong
City.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully

prayed of this Arbiter that foregoing manifestation be duly noted.
