approval of his application for Notarial Commission and unto
this Honorable Court most respectfully manifests and state

1. He is applying for his Notarial Commission as Notary

Public for and in the City of Zamboanga;

2. He hereby manifests that he has read and understood

the Notarial law and hereby undertakes that he will
faithfully comply with all the provisions of said law.
