My point of view-  
1. They could have identify popular figures from their past sales and find out 
why they have a 'iconic' status, and asked for insights from their highly 
engaged Facebook audience. Police , fire and chevaliers were favourite.  
 
2. The Implementation part of the product could have been improved . Grab 
headlines: launch stunt, Engage fans and bring Playmobil to life: 
 
3. Images of the Playmobil Security check launch event to be released to the 
media the following day, resulting in instant coverage. 
 
4. Toymakers could hide features like security, Armed air[ort this can be 
controversial for their image.  
 
5. The design of the product is the key to understand how consumers are going 
to react. They could have conduct a primary research through Questionnaire 
or Qualitative techniques.  
 
6. A prototype is necessary to judge the reality , everytime perceptions cannot 
work  
 

 

 

7. Controversies can also be the way to talk to their customers. This can be used 
as a basis of improvements.
