3. Rohan passed examination of LL.B. in 2005, He joined practice and enrolled himself as an
advocate on the State roll of Bihar State Bar Council. His father was Managing Director of
Company in which the shares of his family was more than 80%. His father died in March
2020. It was decided by the majority of shareholders that Mr. Rohan should join as the M.D.
of Company. Advice to Mr. Rohan with relevant rules in case
a. Rohan wants to join as M.D.
b. Rohan wants to continue in practice as an advocate.
