2. All questions are compulsory.
3. All questions carry equal marks.
4. Each question must be answered in 1200-1500 words.
5. Submissions could be made either through uploading the document on Google

or can be emailed at mnoorjahan@jmi.ac.in.
6. Typed Submissions must follow the following guidelines:
a. Submissions can be made in MS Word (.doc or .docx) or PDF (.pdf) formats
only.
b. Font: Times New Roman
c. Font Size: 12 points
d. Text Format: Justified
e. Spacing between Lines: 1.5 points
f. Margins: 1 inch (or 2.54 cm)
7. Handwritten Submissions must be made in legible self-handwriting. Handwritten
projects can be scanned and sent as one PDF file (.pdf) through email at
mnoorjahan@jmi.ac.in. The submission deadline remains the same for all.
8. Before beginning each answer, please type/copy the question fully at the top. Start
answering a new question from a fresh page.

Article 38 (1) of the Statute of the ICJ.

Organisations and individuals with reference to few important cases.

UNIT III

Question 3: Write an essay on the pacific means of international dispute resolution under
International Law with relevant examples.

UNIT IV

Question 4: Examine the relevance of UNCLOS in the contemporary times.

UNIT V

Question 5: Describe in detail the relevance and exceptions to Diplomatic Immunities


under Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations, 1961.
