This email confirms that your application for the 2021 ALFG Jessup Tryouts was accepted.

2021 ALFG Jessup Tryouts Guidelines

I. The tryouts shall consist of the following phases.

Phase 1 – 500-word paper.

Phase 2 – 10-minute Speech.

Phase 3 – Panel Interview.

II. The tryouts shall focus on following topics.

A. Mexico’s grant of political asylum to Christopher Mark Doyon.

B. Potential violations of international law by Iran concerning the crash of Ukraine International
Airlines Boeing 737-800 and death of 176 people.
C. Liability of States for Bioterrorism under International Law.
D. Potential violations of International Law by China with respect to its response to the Covid-19
Outbreak.

III. The applicant must choose two topics. One for his/her paper and the other his/her speech.

IV. The applicant shall send his/her paper to this email on or before September 10, 2020, 12PM.

V. The applicant shall be notified of the final schedule of interview at least 1 (one) day before the
interview.
