NOTIFICATION

This is hereby notified for information of all affiliated colleges that the affiliation related fees for the Academic
Year, 2020-21 will be received by the Finance Department of the University through online receipt system as was
done in previous academic years, 2018–19 and 2019–20. To that effect the Finance Officer of the University is
being requested to issue necessary Notification giving the bank details (Account No., IFSC Code, Account Name
etc.).

All directives as will be mentioned in the Notification of the Finance Officer of the University to be issued are
required to be followed strictly. The affiliation related fees to be remitted by the respective college are enclosed in
separate sheets. All concerned are to note the same and remit the affiliation related fees within the prescribed time
to be notified by the Finance Officer of the University positively. Furthermore, it is to mention that the document of
the said bank transfer pertaining to the remittance of affiliation related fees are required to be produced before the
Registrar's Department, MAKAUT,WB at the time of submission of Registration form of the students by the
individual college.

This has got reference to the email approval dated 10.09.2020 of the Competent Authority in File No. IC -
146/2013.

2. The P.A to the Vice Chancellor, MAKAUT,WB – Please bring it into the kind notice of the Hon’ble Vice
Chancellor.
3. The Registrar, MAKAUT,WB.
4. The Finance Officer, MAKAUT,WB – with a request to kindly make necessary Notification giving the above
mentioned details in order to enable the colleges for remittance of the affiliation related fees to the University.
Also it is requested to kindly provide the list of defaulter colleges to the Inspection Department and
Registrar's Department before commencement of the registration process of students of all affiliated colleges.
5. The Information Scientist, MAKAUT,WB – with a request to kindly upload this in the Website of the
University.
