    THE CASE:

    It is clear from the testimony from the Miss Danielle that Mr. Collin was at falut.
    The below mentioned arguments dissolve all liability imposed on Miss Danille:

    1. She was not in a hurry and were not exceeded the speed limit.
    2. She was familiar with the routes and following all traffic rules.
    3. Mr Collin was not following traffic rules as he hadn’t used indicator.
    4. Since it was day time and everything was visible so Mr. Collin had to wait
    to pass Miss Danielle.
