This team list uses the FW Redbook, Age of Darkness


and Istvaan Legions. All rules not listed here will be
drawn from there, mainly weapons profiles. If a rule
differs from the Codex, it will be clearly stated.

MODEL AVAILABILITY
You must adhere to the following model requirements
when building your Kill Team:

• 1 Team Leader model


• 1-30 Core models
• 0-5 Special models
Legion Specific, Rites of War
Each Legion has army specific rules, which add additional abilities and core choices. Only one Legion may be chosen for your Kill
Team.
TRAITORIS MAJORIS
All models roll 2d6 when Advancing and pick the highest.

Iron Warriors

Talent for Murder: If you outnumber one or more enemy infantry units during the first turn they fight an assault , they
gain +1 to Hit and wound ( terminator armoured models count as 2 models and nike/jetbike models count as 3)
Nostraman blood - all models with this special rule fall back +1" further than normal , if the fail a nerve test , they may
elect to fall back instead
8th Legion, Night vision
Night Lords From the shadows - all units with this special rule have a 5+ cover save on the first turn of the game, even in open
ground this may be combined with other bonuses, but other forms of cover which provide a higher save supersede it
Seeds of dissent - if an team leader is slain, each model in the army with this special rule must take an immediate nerve
check as if they had just suffered 25% casualties from shooting
Incarnate Violence: All your models that have destroyed enemy model in close combat gain +1 to S for the next player

fire, overwatch or furry of the legion shots.
The edge of the Spear: you may reroll ones on your Reserve rolls
Merciless Fighters: If the number of sons of horus infantry models in a particular close combat is greater than that of the
16th Legion, enemy during the start of combat, then each model with this rule that has already fought may make a single additional
Sons of attack.
Horus Bitter pride: Models with this rule cannot benefit from Inspiring presence.

True believers - all units with the legiones astartes ( word bearers ) special rule roll 3d6 for all morale tests and pick the
two lowest dice
17th Legion, Cut them down - all units with the legiones astartes ( word bearers ) special rule must always charge when possible when
Word possible and must re-roll results of a 1
Bearers Charismatic leadership – If the Word Bearers Team Leader is killed all Word bearer models suffer -1 to
their LD for the rest of the game.

Pick one of the following special rules at the point where warlord traits have been selected for the game.
this rule applies to all the units in the kill team with the Legiones Astartes( Alpha Legion) special rule for
the duration of the game.
-Scout (May be deployed up to 6” outside your deployment zone)
-Infiltrate (Hold in reserves as per HoR rules. When this model arrives, set it up anywhere on the table more than 9” from

Alpha Legion -Tank Hunters (When attacking a vehicle, reroll missed To Hit rolls)

Martial Hubris: If the Alpha legion kill team has suffered more models destroyed than their enemy, the
Alpha Legion Kill team suffers -1 LD until they have killed more models than their opponent.

Special Issue Ammunition: Seeker Marines are equipped with Kraken, Scorpius and Tempest bolt
shells for their bolters and may choose which to use each turn.
Marked for Death: After both sides have set up and any infiltrators have been placed, each Seeker
may specify a single enemy model to be marked for death. They now have Preferred enemy against
their chosen model.
