DevOps RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Management of Kubernates Container where Applications are running.

 Managed Application container through Jenkins Jobs, Application connectivity to other
Apps, Application DB connections, DNS connectivity, HAProxy Behaviour.
 Managed Application Deployments ( Docker registry-Nexus ) through Jenkins Automation
and through Helm Charts.
 Checking & Analyzing Application Logs through Splunk & MySQL DB if any testing order
failed. Also co-ordination with Application Dev team & provide Logs of issue.
 Config changes through Gitlab repo & Chef when requested, MySQL DB Updates.
 Environment (VMs & DB) build Activity using Open Stack cloud & Chef Cookbooks.
Installation of K8s using Cloudify Blueprints, configure Apps Env.

2) Cybage software Pvt. Ltd | Pune

Position Held : Technical Support Engineer [L3] (Linux/Unix)

Duration : Jan 2016 – April 2018.
Project : Networked-Insight NOC (USA)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Co-ordination with the Datacenter Support Team and Vendor in case of any hardware
failure on the server, server down, server slow, not reachable in the production.
 Troubleshooting alerts of multiple Linux Servers using “Nagios” related to Disk space
utilization, CPU utilization, Memory utilization, services etc. Also, managed Nagios
configuration for all remote host.
 Management of Boot , Disk I/O, network connectivity(OpenSSH) related issues.
  Management of Disk in array of RAID. Troubleshoot File system related issues also,
managed Disk size related task.
 New Server Build and configuration using tools like PUPPET.
 Use of “Git” repository to maintain all daily activity also, any customization required in
production environment.
 Archive, compress and backup client data also, upload it in AWS S3 bucket.
 Working on Incident Management, Change Management request in order to adhere the
SLA.

Project : NOC unit of Bharti VAS Airtel Ltd, Gurgaon.

RESPONSIBILITIES:-

 UNIX User Account management on NIS server.

Group management, grant and deny all type of Permissions such as ACL, STICKYBIT,
UID & GID to File/Directory
 VNC Troubleshooting:
Managing user’s Process and Jobs(crontab), take care of server performance including
CPU utilization, SWAP space, Disk space, Memory utilization.
 User data Backup/Archive using TSM tool on daily and monthly basis.
 File system creation which includes Project/work environment creation, User disk quota

- Ansible Playbooks to manage a complete infrastructure as a code.
