1/4 tsp cinnamon

Place cacao powder and spices in a small pot,

INGREDIENTS

2 ripe avocados
11/2 cups organic coconut milk
¼ cup coconut oil
¼ cup coconut nectar
2 tsp freshly squeezed lime juice
1 tsp vanilla powder

WHAT TO DO

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food


processor until smooth and creamy. Pour into
popsicle-molds.

Freeze for 2 hours. Enjoy!

ACAI BERRY ICE-CREAM

INGREDIENTS

4 cups coconut milk


¼ cup coconut nectar
2 cups frozen acai pulp (unsweetened)
1 large frozen banana
1 cup frozen organic mixed berries
2 tbs coconut oil

WHAT TO DO

Combine all ingredients in a blender and


process until smooth.

Transfer contents from the blender to an air


tight container and store in the freezer until
solid. Overnight, usually works best.

Remove from the feezer and allow to thaw for


5-10 minutes before serving.

Top with some fresh berries, coconut flakes


or and/or crushed nuts. For added sweetness

½ cup cacao powder
¼ cup coconut nectar
¼ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla essence
Pinch of Himalayan salt
Coconut flakes to garnish

WHAT TO DO

Add all ingredients except for the coconut flakes


to the blender. Start at a slow speed and slowly
increase until all ingredients become smooth
and creamy.

Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving. Sprinkle


coconut flakes on top for added coconut and a
little crunch.
