TEAM CHARTER
 I AM SUSTAINABLE is a campaign directed towards increasing awareness

around the prevalence of single use plastics. Our goal is to encourage individuals

between the ages 20-50 to be environmentally conscious. We simultaneously intend to

create a movement of passion and determination generating motivation from Earth

Day’s 50th anniversary on April 22, 2020.

Each member of our team plays a critical individual and collective role in

contributing to the completion of our final team project. Therefore, each team member is

expected to bring their knowledge, skills and abilities to carry out the completion of the

project. Chosen roles and focuses were carefully derived from what each team member

identifies as their greatest strength or experience. 

Each team member will contribute substantially to both the synopsis and the

PowerPoint. Each member will support editing the final project prior to completion.

Our team will focus on the following three primary supporting functions that incorporate

norms of behaviors important to all group members:

● Regular and detailed communication, including updates, questions and needs for

collaboration.

● Effective and timely completion of assigned roles/tasks.

● Respectful and supportive collaboration. As this is a group effort, it is important

that we all step up and support one another in order to achieve our final goal.
