ORGANIZATION TYPE AND STRUCTURE

Small scale enterprise are the pluralry business that helps the economic growth
and development. Thus, ‘SHAMROCK’ is a small sole proprietorship which hold a small
market in the industry.

Operating a small business has some challenges and difficulties that can be
encountered but those odds will be benefits to the company later on. Presenting the
Shamrock product should be one of the greatest way to promote itself. The Shamrock
product should be well-organized and should be affordable on the pocket.

A sole proprietorship is a business that is run by a single individual who makes

all the decisions, although the proprietor may engage employees. The sole proprietor is
personally entitled to all of the profits and is responsible for any debts of the company .

The Advantages of a sole proprietorship are the following :Sole proprietorship is

the simplest and most flexible business structure. The sole proprietor has total control
and full decision-making power over policies, profits and capital investment. It is easy to
close down the business. The Disadvantages of a sole proprietorship Risks that are
taken by the sole proprietor may result in personal bankruptcy. The death or prolonged
illness of the sole proprietor will lead to the end of the business. Due to the limitations of
a one-person business, the sole proprietor may not be able to raise additional capital
from outside sources to expand the business.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

Strategies for product development often start with market research data. When
companies have good demographic data for their target market, they are able to meet
the needs of that market and provide innovatives solutions. Look at how we solve an
emerging problem or consumer needs to fulfill their stomach:

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manager- the manager will be in-charge in overall or entire action of the

company. The final decision will go with the manager, the manager will be the last to
approved and decide whether the plan will be act to or the plan will be drop-off.

Cook- the cook will be in charge in kitchen’s doing , cooking products and for all
the ingredients that Shamrock company needed.

Cashier- the cashier should be number literate, he or she will be in-charged on

financial aspects, expenses or income. The cashier will be responsible to list all the
financial status of the company.

Secretary- the secretary will be the book keeper of the company. He or she will
be responsible for all the important documents such as bills.

Entertainer- He or She will be responsible to the encouragement of the

costumers to buy in Shamrock company. He or She should entertain the costumers and
makes the company not boring.

Service Crew- they are responsible on serving the costumers, assist them well if
needed. They should be respectful on the costumers and must be approachable and
friendly.
