Democratic Leader
I am a democratic leader as I like to engage
members in discussions. I take input from others
but still prefer to have a final say in decisions. As
a leader, encouraging members and keeping
them motivated is important to me.

Adventurer (ISFP)
I'm an adventurer so i’m really open minded
and like to experience new things. I’m
mostly introverted. I like taking risks and
having strong passions. I tend to get along
with others easily.

Blue - Calm & Caring

I am typically clam, caring, kind and
optimistic. I'm compassionate and try to see
the light in the dark. I'm able to keep calm
most of the time. I like to feel appreciated
and wanted by others.

The Alchemist
I have a high level of openness meaning I'm
creative and comfortable with change. I get
along with others well as i'm considerate and
friendly. I’m willing to compromise in a
group for their benefit. I am very reactive
with emotions which affects my ability to
think clearly at times.

I like looking after the people I lead. I'm
quietly outgoing and excel at team-building.
I have a good sense of self worth.

Golden Retriever- Sympathic

I'm a great listener and really sympathetic. I
can be sensitive at times. I would hate to
 hurt anyones feelings so I am careful with
words. I don't speak up often which can
make me too valuable at times.
