If I become a manager in the future, democratic will be my leadership style. I like to
discuss, so I choose this style. The democratic leader will listen to everyone's opinions,
even though the final decision depends on the leader. I will have the chance to cultivate
my human skills. In this way, employees will feel respected and interacted with each
other. A synergy will be formed and the company's productivity will increase. It has the
encouragement of creativity, supports innovation in the working environment.

How would you apply your knowledge about Hofstede’s culture when doing
business globally?
Power Distance
For countries with big power gaps, employers will often make decisions. So if you do
marketing here, you have to convince the leader. This will be beneficial to you.
But if the country has a low index, you should convince the subordinates or staff.

Building model of corporate social responsibility (CSR) is playing the vital role for most
of businesses. As you all know, to sustainably develop in the long-run, businesses must
maintain their reputation. The higher the social responsibility, the more customers will
know your brand, it means your reputation will be more pervaded. There have been a
lot of scandals about corporate ethics leading to failure, Vedan was a clear example in
the year 2018.
CSR also affects business growth. Successful CSR campaigns will increase not only
sales but also customer satisfaction and loyalty.
