Attock Refinery Limited is the pioneer and pacesetter in petroleum

refining having started its operations in 1922 and is today a dynamic
and progressive organization equipped with state of the art facilities.
ARL is a member of the Attock Oil Group of Companies, the only fully
integrated group in Pakistan covering all segments of oil and gas sector
from exploration, production and refining to marketing of a wide range of
petroleum products. We are looking for capable, experienced and
dynamic individuals for the following positions based at Rawalpindi:

SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER (Project Management Control)

BE Mechanical, 10-12 years experience of EPCC projects in Oil & Gas /
Petrochemical industry. Exposure to construction activities including
bugeting, contractual services, detailed engineering / design,
procurement, quality control, commissioning and performance testing of
the installations, managing external interfaces associated with the
Works, and coordination with support departments and EPCC
contractors. Exposure to Primavera V. 3 & MS Project is required. Age
should not be more than 40 years.

PROJECT ENGINEER (Project Management)

BE Mechanical, 5-7 years experience of EPCC projects in Oil & Gas/
Petrochemical industry. Must have strong understanding of technical,
design, fabrication and construction issues including planning, physical
monitoring / implementation of projects as per design / schedule,
analysis and control of obstacles in execution, coordination with
contractor and support departments, keeping track of documentation,
timely accounting of physical progress and cost expenditures,
preparation of project progress reports etc. Proficiency in Primavera V.
3, Project Management Software and ISO procedures implementation is
required. Age should not be more than 35 years.

ENGINEER (Technical Services)

BE Chemical, 3-5 years experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical
industry preferably in Technical Services. Should be well-versed in
design of process equipment, piping & pumping installations,
developing P&IDs and preparation of detailed specification sheets.
Knowledge of evaluation of various technologies and Preparation of
Pre-feasibility reports is required. Exposure to Process Simulation
Software is desirable. Age should not be more than 35 years.

ENGINEER (Technical Services - Projects)

BE Chemical, 3-5 years experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical
industry. Should possess fundamental knowledge of Process unit
operations. Knowledge and understanding of project implementation,
process calculations, equipment design / evaluations, Process Flow
Diagrams (PFD’s & P&ID’s), Process control for new or modified
Processes. Project related experience is required. Exposure to HYSYS,
HAZOP and Project Management Software would be preferred. Age
should not be more than 35 years.

MECHANICAL ENGINEER (Maintenance)

BE Mechanical. 5-7years experience of maintenance in process
industry relating to pumps, towers, heat exchangers, compressors,
storage tanks and pipelines. Age should not be more than 35 years.
  ENGINEER DESIGN (Engineering)
BE Mechanical, 5 - 7 years experience in Equipment & Piping design,
fabrication and erection. Must be well versed in API and ASME
  standards related to refineries. Must be able to independently manage
and control engineering documents for large project. Age should not be
more than 35 years.
 
ENGINEER INSPECTION (Engineering)
BE Mechanical, 5-7 years experience in Inspection of Static Equipments
& Piping in a refinery or petrochemical plant. Must be well versed in API
and ASME standards related to refineries. Must be able to
independently manage an inspection team, review and develop
specifications for materials, develop work procedures and coordinate
with Contractors and vendors. Age should not be more than 35 years.

QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTOR (Engineering)

DAE Mechanical, 3-5 years experience of carrying out hands-on
Inspection of Static Equipments & Piping in a refinery, petrochemical
plant or large scale workshop. Must be able to independently carry out
inspections of piping and equipment using Ultrasonic thickness logger,
MPI, DPT, holiday tester, etc. Must have good English comprehension
and familiarity with codes and standards. Age should not be more than
30 years.

PIPING DRAFTSMAN (Engineering)

Minimum 2 years Diploma in Drafting, 5-7 years experience of working
as a piping/equipment draftsman in an Engineering company, or a
Refinery / petrochemical company. Must have experience of AutoCAD
and 3D piping software. Must also be familiar with Microsoft Word and
Excel. Should be able to generate complete Bill of Materials and
develop cost estimates. Age should not be more than 30 years.
